Who we are

This site is operated by Lina's Lines LLC in Johns Creek, Georgia, for the Charity Flash Day for Felix. You can reach us any time at admin@linas-lines.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your Instagram handle, if you choose to share it.
• The artist, flash sheet and check-in time you reserve.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the booking system working.

Why we collect it

• To hold your place in the queue and manage the schedule on the day.
• To email you a confirmation with a private link to change or cancel your slot.
• To contact you if the schedule changes or something needs clarifying.

Who can see it

Only the studio team working the event. We never sell your data and we never share it with advertisers. Data is stored with our booking and email providers under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 12 months after the event for accounting and aftercare follow-up, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your choices

• Cancel or reschedule any time using the private link in your confirmation email.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion by emailing admin@linas-lines.com.
• Photo consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

Children

Registration is for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
