Terms & Conditions

Booking

• Registration is free and holds a place in one artist's queue.
• Your time is an estimated check-in time, not a guaranteed start time.
• One booking per person. Duplicate bookings may be removed.
• You must be 18+ with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Price and payment

• Flash tattoos are $70–$100, set by the artist on the day.
• Payment is made directly to Felix's family after your tattoo. The studio keeps nothing.
• Touch-ups are not included. If you need one later it starts at $50.

Changes and cancellations

• Your confirmation email contains a private link to change your time or cancel.
• Please cancel as early as you can so someone else can take the slot.
• If you arrive late, we will fit you in when we can, but your place may shift.
• We may adjust the schedule on the day; we will contact you if that affects you.

On the day

• Designs come from the artist's flash sheet; custom work is not available.
• Artists may decline a placement or design for health and safety reasons.
• Arrive sober, fed and hydrated. Anyone under the influence will be turned away.

Liability

Tattooing carries normal risks including swelling, infection and scarring. You will sign the studio's consent form on site. Following the aftercare instructions is your responsibility.
